Who is responsible
Pol Cassany, an individual based in the Netherlands, operates Station’s research waitlist. Contact: support@getstation.app.
What you are signing up for
Station is a product concept in development. Joining is free: it is not a purchase, a reservation or a guarantee of access. We use your answers to understand demand and priorities, and your email to send Station launch and early-access updates.
Data and legal basis
We collect your email, business sector, team-size range, main work challenge and selected language. We also keep the signup time, a registration identifier and the consent-text version. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The form is voluntary; without the required fields and consent we cannot add you to this list. Do not submit employee records, health information or other sensitive data.
Where data is processed
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes registrations for us. The waitlist database is configured with D1’s European Union jurisdiction. Registrations from the public form are not sent to Google Sheets. Access is limited to the operator and authorized service providers; we do not sell the list.
Cloudflare’s global delivery, security and support services may involve processing outside the EEA. Its Data Processing Addendum explains the applicable transfer safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. An EU database location does not mean every network or support operation occurs only in the EU.
How long we keep it
Registrations are removed from the active database by a daily deletion job once they are 12 months old, or earlier on request. If we stop this research sooner, we will close the list and arrange deletion. Provider recovery copies may remain temporarily under the provider’s recovery and deletion arrangements and are not used for marketing.
Withdraw or exercise your rights
Email support@getstation.app with “Unsubscribe” to stop updates or request deletion. You can also request access, correction, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Every product-update email will include a clear way to unsubscribe.
You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or another competent EU supervisory authority. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Website operation
This version has no advertising pixels, analytics cookies, browser visitor identifiers or campaign session storage. Fonts, images and videos are served with the site. Cloudflare necessarily processes connection and request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. Protecting the site is a legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); operational data is not used to build advertising profiles. You can contact us to object or ask about this processing.
